His areas of interest are Company and Commercial Practice, with particular focus on Corporate Governance, Fintech Regulation, and Taxation. He has, over the years, gained experience in Corporate Affairs, which has enhanced his expertise in labour practices, compliance, and the practical application of legal principles in managing organisational issues. King George has worked with organisations like Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL), Ghana Cocoa Board and Cocoa Marketing Company (GH) Limited. At GACL, he played roles in company and secretarial matters, assisted in drafting and reviewing legal documents, and contributed to client feedback and management processes. His experience involved ensuring legal compliance and supporting corporate governance functions. At COCOBOD, he provided assistance in HR administration and was involved in personnel capacity building initiatives, further strengthening his understanding of organisational frameworks and compliance. King George holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Studies, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), both from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law.
